In this free webinar, Michelle Garcia Winner, the founder of Social Thinking, provides insider tips for using products published by Social Thinking to nurture social emotional learning in ages 4-7. The materials are helpful for students with solid to strong language and academic learning skills in mainstream and special education; all materials can also be used as part of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programs, and Response to Intervention (RTI) Tier 1, 2 and 3.
In our We Thinkers! series, Volume 1 introduces foundational social learning concepts and Volume 2 advances into socially-based executive functioning. Explore how to use this series to implement Social Thinking Vocabulary, infuse music, and encourage awareness of how to be a "We Thinker" when playing or learning in a group. Michelle touches on our innovative, brand new, five-level Group Collaboration, Play and Problem Solving (GPS) Play Scale, along with the GPS Observation Checklist, and differentiated play activities to advance interactive play and social understanding.
